It has been a busy winter in Snowmass Base Village with solid construction progress and real estate sales results. Today, we have a variety of two-, three- and four-bedroom residences with both plaza and up-mountain views. Construction progress also has ramped up over the past month with three additional buildings now taking shape. The Community Center’s structure is going vertical while Lumin’s roof is now being framed, showcasing the amazing mountain views from these residences. The construction crane is now up and demolition has started on One Snowmass.
