Effective April 1, the Viceroy Residences Ownership Program is excited to announce three new changes that make living at the Viceroy more flexible and carefree. These include:

• Elimination of the occupancy fee
  Owners will no longer be charged an occupancy fee during their stays.
• New housekeeping options
  Owners may now choose from a variety of customized housekeeping programs that work best for their family.
• Stay as long as you like
  The 30-night restriction has been lifted for owners of two- and three-bedroom residences.
