Considered the nation’s premier mountain resort developer, East West’s portfolio includes prior projects throughout Vail, Beaver Creek and Breckenridge, CO, as well as Lake Tahoe, CA, and Deer Valley, UT.
Aspen Skiing Company
Aspen Skiing Company owns and operates the four mountains of Aspen Snowmass Resort—Snowmass, Aspen Highlands, Aspen Mountain and Buttermilk—as well as hospitality properties including The Little Nell, Residences at The Little Nell, Limelight Aspen and Limelight Ketchum in Ketchum, ID. ASC has become a fixture in the luxury boutique hotel scene and owns and operates numerous retail and rental locations.
KSL Capital Partners
Denver-based KSL Capital Partners is a multibillion-dollar private equity firm that invests exclusively in travel and leisure businesses across the world and serves as a major equity investor in the entire Base Village project. KSL executives have deep experience in ski resort operations and development, and together with Aspen Ski Co, they have recently partnered to aggregate some of the country’s premier ski resorts under one company.
