As Snowmass insiders, we want to share with you some important milestones recently achieved at Snowmass Base Village
- Village Core is Complete: With finishing touches being put on One Snowmass East, the Snowmass Base Village core is now complete! This comes on the heels of opening The Collective space with its new innovative Game Lounge, mix6 restaurant, moxiBar and the Collective Hall community space available. The Hall and Game Lounge are both available for private rentals.
- Projects Are Selling Out: The Viceroy Snowmass Residences are now fully sold out! This is the second building in SBV to sell out in the past 12 months following record-breaking success at the Lumin. A third project sell out at SBV is imminent with only one Limelight Residence remaining for sale – a stunning 2BR priced at just $2M with end-of-season incentives available.
- Retail Fully Leased: All of the retail and restaurant spaces in SBV are now fully leased. Newly opened tenants include Eye Pieces of Snowmass and Straightline Studios. Design and construction are underway on other new shops and restaurants including Alux Spalon, King Yoga, and JÜS.
- One Snowmass Owners Move-in: Seven new owners have moved into their new One Snowmass West homes, with only four residences remaining unsold in this exclusive building. In One Snowmass East Whole Ownership and Residence Club owners have also started calling SBV their new home as One Snowmass features ski-in/ski-out living and fantastic new amenities. Our Residence Club ownership starts at just $200,000 and Whole Ownership at $2 million.
