In these challenging times we all are looking for some positive news. Here at One Snowmass Residence Club we’re excited to announce a major new milestone: our first owners have closed on their homes over the past week with more closings to follow in the upcoming weeks.

Other exciting news is that many of the new owner’s amenities and residences located in the One Snowmass building are now complete and look absolutely amazing, including the fitness center, Sky Terrace and King Yoga Studio.

Overwhelmingly, we are still seeing positive activity from our clients and continue to welcome new Founders Members as they look forward to years of enjoyment in their new home in Snowmass Base Village.

As we look ahead to all of the wonderful moments to come here in SBV we have our hopes set for the Base Village to reopen this summer and look forward to welcoming all of our owners, visitors, and friends back when appropriate.
