East West Partners announced today that its sister company, Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate (SSF), is now the official listing broker for all new developer residential projects at Snowmass Base Village. East West Partners will continue as the project’s developer in its existing joint venture with Aspen Skiing Company and KSL Capital Partners that acquired the Base Village project over three years ago.

SSF’s reach in the Colorado mountains includes more than 250 brokers and 75 support staff. East West’s existing SBV sales team will now join this SSF family and will continue to be based out of the existing Snowmass Base Village development sales office – which will become SSF’s new Snowmass home. SSF has a strong reputation with its generous co-op broker relationships and will continue to cultivate those important relationships already developed by East West.
